Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is a legal agreement between Hostbank Internet Services Pvt Ltd, a web hosting company headquartered in India, and “You” (the user or customer). This agreement outlines the general Cancellation and Refund related to cancellations and refunds for any of the hosting services provided by Hostbank (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the Cancellation and Refund outlined in this policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to access or use our Services. All customers are required to accept these terms prior to signing up for any service plans offered by Hostbank.

Hostbank reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any or all services at any time if we determine that the account has been misused or the terms violated.

Note: The English version of this document is the only legally binding version. Any translated versions are provided solely for your convenience and are not legally valid. In case of any conflict or dispute, the English version shall prevail.

1. Cancellation Process
  1. To cancel any of our services, you may submit a cancellation request at any time through your Hostbank client area. Please ensure that all pending invoices or dues are cleared before initiating a cancellation.
  2. Customers can choose between:
    • Immediate Cancellation: Your hosting plan will be terminated instantly, and access will be removed.
    • End-of-Term Cancellation: Your services will continue until the current subscription period ends, after which the cancellation will take effect.
  3. It is solely your responsibility to take a complete backup of your website and data before placing the cancellation request. Once the request is submitted, all data will be permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.
