Upon successful purchase or activation, account details, login credentials, and service access information are delivered electronically via the registered email address or through the client area dashboard.

Delivery of services is typically instant or within a few minutes after payment confirmation. However, in some cases such as domain registrations, server provisioning, or custom requests, it may take up to 24-48 business hours. Customers will be notified via email in case of any delay.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address. Hostbank will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or outdated user information.
